Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) has undergone a metamorphasis. Many years ago we started as homemaking, teaching cooking and sewing and skills for the homemaker. Later moving to home economics and focusing more on family life. Today FCS better exemplifies who we are and what we do. Family and Consumer Sciences addresses individual needs and interests of families in the home, commuity, and work place.
