English III
Welcome to English III! This is the “go-to” location for information regarding this class. Eleventh-grade English is designed to develop the student's awareness of the major works of American Literature and the development of American culture and society from the pre-colonial period to the present day. We will read three major works this year: Dee Brown's Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee, Zora Hurston's Their Eyes Were Watching God, and Ransom Riggs' Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children.
If you have any questions, please ask. A copy of your syllabus is attached for your reference.
