*Check In will be from 7:00am - 9:00am at the Madison County Fairgrounds
You will need to drive in with your project. STAY in your vehicle. The Ag Mechanics Committee will come and unload your project. Record books are not required to be with your project. However, you may want it with you during the interview for reference.
****If your project is at the MHS Ag Building - Mr. Barrett and Mr. Foster will make sure it is delivered to the Madison County Fair Grounds. As long as you have completed the form below, you do not need to come to the Grounds in that morning.****
Please complete the Ag Mech 2020 Form by Tuesday, April 28th, to ensure that the correct information is present during judging. You will need to complete one form per project. Paper forms will be available at check in if you are unable to complete an online form.
*Judging will start at 10:00am.
Be prepared for an interview via facetime. Judges will call each projects owners and interview them over the phone. A schedule will be compiled and sent out at a later date.
*At the conclusion of judging:
Results will be posted on MCFA.net and possibly on KMVL. Exhibitors will need to come to pick up their project, if they own it. Other owners will be contacted to come pick up their projects as well. A message will be sent through the Remind when it is time to come and pick up your project.
