Family and Consumer Sciences is the name for the group of classes that we teach. Years ago these classes were referred to as Home Economics. Our diverse classes offer students the ability to learn about a wide array of topics such as Culinary Arts, Child Development, Interior Design, Family Dynamics, Sewing, Food Science, Counseling and Mental Health, and everything else needed to be a happy and healthy family and community member.
