All seniors must complete one of the following to meet the Texas financial aid graduation requirement:

✅ Option 1: Complete FAFSA (or TASFA)

  • If your student completes the FAFSA (or TASFA), they must submit proof for verification to their counselor.

🚫 Option 2: Complete the FAFSA Opt-Out Form

  • If your student does not plan to attend college or is choosing a military path, they do not need to complete the FAFSA. Instead, they must complete the FAFSA Opt-Out FormPrinted copies are also available in the Counseling Office.
